WJS Pacific Trading Company Ltd will be offering the new technology developed by Water Jet Sweden AB with 300 micron jets at the MWCS 2013 in Shanghai, China.

The micro cutting shares all the benefits of traditional abrasive water jet cutting. You can cut virtually all materials with the same tool, from heat sensitive polymers, biomaterials and alloys to hard engineering ceramics. Water jet is a non-thermal and environment friendly alternative to laser, wire EDM, etching or fine stamping. Micro water cutting extremely increase the precision of water cutting technology. The cutting width is as narrow as 0.2mm and the cutting precision is 0.01mm. Micro cutting can be used in a number of market segments with high value added products such as: electronics (micro components), medical and dentistry (implants or small details in medical instruments), biotechnology, fine mechanics & tool making (machine parts, fixtures, complementary adaptation), mechatronics, measuring, control and aerospace fields, and jewellery & creative design.
