MWCS/IAS/ES: Changen Precision to further invest in R&D

This year we have launched a lot of new models at the exhibition, we present three of them: CNC chipless tube cutting production line, turntable four-station machine, and automatic feeding machine.

The first is CNC chipless tube cutting production line. It is focused on thin-walled stainless steel tube cutting, shrink tube forming, automatic sorting of qualified and unqualified products, chamfering deburring and other processes. The common tube cutting machines generally use the machining of the workpiece rotation, when the tube isn’t really round, uneven wall thickness; the cutting process is prone to vibration, knife fight and damage to the machine spindle. Our new tube cutting production line uses another innovation solution: cutter head rotation driven by spindle. The advantage is that the tool once fixture adjustment in place, to ensure continuity of processing, convenient and reliable, and greatly improves the production efficiency. This chipless tube cutting machine is mainly used in the automotive, construction, household appliances industry.
