MWCS/IAS/ES: IDEC features SmartAXIS controllers

IDEC features two products at the show: the FT1A SmartAXIA controller and the HG Series HMI, said Moorkus Kwok, marketing manager of IDEC.

The IDEC FT1A SmartAXIS controllers provide users with functions for applications that require limited I/O. FT1A SmartAXIS controllers are available for 12, 24, 40, 48, I/O CPUs and 3.8" HMI+PLC 65K color TFT resistive or monochrome touchscreen.

The 3.8" HMI+PLC FT1A Touch in a compact pack equips with abundant features. It's a genius product for small machines that require human interface. The integrated 12I/O PLC functions built into the 3.8" touch screen utilize all the PLCs functions.

“The FT1A 12, 24, 40 and 48 I/O controllers are equipped with features that you can't find in any other competitors of PLCs. 10A relay contacts, integrated analog inputs, embedded smart LCD/keypad, embedded Real-time clock, embedded RJ45 Ethernet port for remote connectivity and Modbus TCP communication, SD memory slot for data logging and many other features at a very competitive price,” said Kwok.

The high performance 5.7", 8.4", 10.4" & 12.1" series of HMI offer powerful features, functionalities, and wide range of connectivity. The displays have high-definition like TFT LCD screen with resolutions up to 800x600 pixels, provides sharp images and superior visibility and 65,536 colors make screen views more realistic and crisp. In addition, these screens use a 400mHz RISC processor and are the brightest displays in the market today reaching up to 800 cd/m2. The 8.4" to 12.1" touchscreens have video input and audio in/ out to closely monitor machine conditions. In addition, all models support remote access, monitor and control!, HG Series HMI is the best choice.
