Turck showcases a number of products, including intrinsically safe remote I / O-excom, non-contact inductive encoders in IP69K and multi-protocol gateway and block I / O products, and the newly launched RU-U ultrasonic sensor, which could cover more detective areas with just few such sensors.

"We introduce the intrinsically safe remote I/O system for use in explosive or other hazardous areas like zone 1 and zone 2; the multiprotocol BL2／BL67fieldbus gateways and block I/O modules that communicate with Profinet IO, Modbus TCP or EtherNet/IP,” the vice president Liao Lingchi said, “our versatile multiprotocol devices enable customers to switch in three types of EtherNet/IP freely, which improve productivity and flexibility.”
