BEAUTY brand Marionnaud and packaging manufacturer Topline Products have once again have collaborated on the brand’s latest product: a French manicure pen.

All the rage from Marionnaud: a nailcare pen for an impeccable French manicure

With its mini glass jars and aluminum caps, lipstick and compacts, the brand’s line already showcases Topline’s wide range of packaging expertise and now, for the nailcare pen, Marionnaud opted for “Made in France” quality and requested that the project be overseen in its entirety by Topline Products. 

Rising to the challenge, Topline Products managed the whole project and was Marionnaud’s sole point of contact from formula development to storage of the final product. 

The company delivered a pen that highlights the experience of Topline’s  Development and Logistics teams: The packaging – made of silkscreened white PP – was manufactured in Asia, the pen’s tip was developed in the US, and the solvent-free formula was produced in France by a major nailcare player. 

All elements were filled and assembled in Topline’s production site in Reynosa, Mexico. The plant has an automated line dedicated to nailcare pens, which are all the rage on the US market. 

In the same factory, Topline applied the tamper-proof labeling and packing, before the products were stored in another facility across the border in Texas.

Very user-friendly, the pen gives an impeccable French nail look due to its rounded tip. As an extra benefit, the beveled cap can be used to give cuticles a little push.
