UNIFIT fibers imitate smooth and rolling mouthfeel of fat and can be used as partial fat replacers. They allow the production of fat reduced products, with decreased cooking and storage drip losses. The UNIFIT® 90 for injected products, can increase yield, enhance texture; the UNIFIT® 100 for homogenized products, medium minced sausages, and injected products, and the UNIFIT® 200 reduces syneresis in homogenized products.
