The company’s designs, including a meat filling station, stress ease of operation and energy savings

LASKA’s comprehensive range of equipment is on exhibit at ANUGA Food Tec 2015 in Cologne, Germany from March 24 to 27. New developments from the company underscore automation, resources efficiency and ease of use.

For the first time the company is showcasing its automatic meat crate filling station and state-of-the-art automated production line in Hall 6 – Stand C 60 / D 61.

The filling station for E2 meat crates boasts fast, clean and full automation, according to LASKA. At the station, ground/minced meat is conveyed directly to the machine hopper and released into E2 crates. The filling process starts as soon as an empty crate moves under the filling station. Once the crate is filled, it moves forward to give way to the next crate. Filling starts as soon as a new crate moves into position.

Also on display, the LASKA SuperGrinder WWB 200 roughly cuts deep-frozen products which are then conveyed to the LASKA ME 2000 mixer. A NIR (Near InfraRed) analysis device installed on the conveyor inspects cut products for fat content. The inspection will ensure products are standardized with the addition of correction materials during the mixing process.  After mixing, the products are now conveyed toward the  new meat crate filling station (as described earlier).

The system can also be applied in the manufacture of fine emulsion products. In this process, mixed material is conveyed to the ME 2000 mixer and emptied into a LASKA emulsifier NanoCutter FZ 225, which produces finest grade emulsions.

The company will also present the LASKA SuperCutter Plus which is equipped with a new knife head. On exhibit now at Anuga is the SuperCutter Plus KUX 330 V.AC with a 330-litre bowl. The machine is designed for effectively slicing into different products, and is said to be easy to maintain and operate.

LASKA exports over 95% of all its machines and are used in more than 140 countries.
