New die changing cart for moulds and dies up to 500 kg

The mobile type has a height-adjustable table plate and a newly developed safety docking station. The table plate is equipped with ball inserts, which are lowered during transport, so that the die is protected against movement. The die changing cart firmly docks to the transfer station at the machine table. By docking, the ball inserts on the table plate are lifted and the die can be easily inserted into the machine. For bridging of gaps, an additional ball location is available. After undocking, the balls lower automatically so that the die can be safely transported.

The new die changing cart is available in different versions with tables of a size up to 720 x 720 mm and a height adjustment between 540 mm and maximally 1,080 mm. The hydraulic standard lifting column is adjusted by a single-lever foot operation that consists, as all components of the solid transport cart, of sturdy and maintenance free standard components.
