New distribution agreement for Sunwin, WILD

SUNWIN Stevia International, Inc, a producer of high-quality stevia extracts, including Rebaudioside A 98, has entered into a new worldwide stevia distribution agreement with Wild WILD Flavors GmbH, a supplier of natural ingredients based in Switzerland. The contract gives WILD non-exclusive rights to distribute and resell all of Sunwin’s stevia products and use its trademarks. It also includes WILD’s acquisition of 7.67 million shares in exchange for its stake in Sunwin USA and grants Sunwin exclusive ownership of certain flavour formulations for use with Sunwin's stevia extracts developed by WILD.
