Beginning 01 July 2014, Mike Henry takes the helm of Constantia Flexibles’s Labels division

MIKE HENRY who has been appointed executive vice president of the Labels Division, Constantia Flexibles earlier this month, officially assumes the role on 01 July 2014. He takes the place of Alexander van ?t Riet, who is stepping down to handle other responsibilities.

Mike Henry assumes post as EVP of Labels division, Constantia Flexibles

As the new EVP, Mr Henry will become a member of the Executive Board of Constantia and report to the CEO, Thomas Unger. Since September 1999, he has worked with the Spear Group in the capacity of Finance director, and at the same time he led its operations in England and South Africa. Prior to Spear Group, Mr Henry worked at KPMG and also served on the board of various industrial companies.

The rational for the leadership change at the Labels division is a step toward the integration of the Spear Group with other units of the Labels and Group organisation.

Mr Henry holds a degree in Accounting & Finance from Kingston University, UK and is a Chartered Accountant.
