KRAIBURG TPE has launched a new product database, a platform that was developed for the international market in eight languages. The clearly laid out, high-performance research instrument in a new design actively guides the customer through the TPE specialist’s product range.
Kraiburg TPE has concentrated its comprehensive know-how in this newly implemented product database. Current and future customers in search of inspiration or a suitable ‘custom-engineered’ compound will quickly find what they need at http://www.kraiburg-tpe.com/en/products/product-database. Precise search options enable information such as technical datasheets, processing instructions or safety data sheets to be retrieved on each compound. Product information is available in eight languages: German, English, French, Spanish, Italian, Korean, Japanese and Chinese.
The new product database offers more service with more content, for example on material advantages and typical applications for the product portfolio. In particular its new design, clear structure and the detailed and easily accessible information have been well received within the company and by our customers, according to Franz Hinterecker, CEO of Kraiburg TPE.
Another new feature of the platform is the selective regional search for the desired material. Once the customer has selected the region, he has a choice of two search paths in any of eight languages. If the customer is searching for a suitable material innovation for his product, the search on the right via target market, compound and material advantage is the right choice. This search path is the best option for new customers. If the customer already knows the name of the material and further specifications, the search for material, series or using the free text search in the left area is the correct option.
