MADHYA PRADESH–More “Plastic Parks” are being set up in India, with Madhya Pradesh now developing its own "Plastic Park" near Bhopal. The central government already gave its approval to the project. The will span 121 acres in Tamot village of Raisen district.
The development plan of the park, for which a special purpose vehicle MP Plastic Park Development Corporation has been created will have power, water and roads. It will also have Central Institute of Plastic Engineering. Development work will commence after monsoon.
The park will have more than 100 small and medium scale units and these will generate an estimated 15,000 jobs.
