New Technical Managing Director at BST eltromat

Dr. Jürgen Dillmann (57) has been Technical Managing Director at BST eltromat International GmbH since June 1, 2018. Dr. Dillmann, whose doctorate is in mechanical engineering, replaced Dr. Johann-Carsten Kipp, who retired in end-August. For decades, Dr. Dillmann has been building up comprehensive know-how in several medium-sized companies within the capital goods industry. He has held several roles in construction, development, and production and has long been responsible for these companies as Managing Director. Until joining BST eltromat, Dillmann was responsible for global operations at Endress+Hauser SE in Maulburg, a leading manufacturer of measuring devices for the processing industry, as a member of the management team.

 

The new Technical Managing Director sees many exciting challenges among his new duties. “We will intensively deal with the question of how we can shape the transformation of the industry towards the digital age, while parallelly accompanying our customers. We will align and strengthen the worldwide organization of BST eltromat to support our globally-active partners. From us, they expect more innovation, assistance, and consulting when it comes to optimizing their own processes to allow them to remain competitive in their markets,” Dr. Dillmann.

For this purpose, the mechanical engineering expert intends to direct the company’s product portfolio more and more on the varied requirements of global markets and offer solutions for customers which are tailored to the different demands of the respective markets.

 

Together with his colleague Kristian Jünke, Managing Director of Sales, Dr. Dillmann would like to make BST eltromat International the world’s no. 1 in quality assurance systems for web-processing industries.
