A leading food manufacturer and distributor in the Middle East, Notions Group will be exporting its popular guilt-free Chocodate brand to five new markets, including Japan, France, the Netherlands, Russia and Turkmenistan. This brings the company’s global export business to 40 countries.
Company founder and CEO said that Fawaz Masri is proud to see the product reach many parts of the world, considering this as his goal at the onset –“ to bring Arabia to the world.” Chocodate, which is is made of dates, a local dessert, was created and developed by Mr Masri 21 years ago.
The company is still in talks with several other markets apart from these five new ones, and are likely to close new deals within the next two years. Moreover, Notions Group will also be expanding this year with a new gourmet chocolate factory in Dubai and a savoury snacks factory in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Furthermore, the company will increase its capacity and enhances processes to speed up production.
