Novozymes, Monsanto complete closing of BioAg Alliance

COPENHAGEN, Denmark & ST. LOUIS - Novozymes and Monsanto Company said they have completed the closing of the The BioAg Alliance, which they announced on 10 December 2013. Both companies will be focusing on implementing the long-term strategic alliance.
