OCME, a recognised supplier of end of line equipment for the beverage market (shrink wrappers, wraparound case packers and palletising systems), introduced a new range of level fillers dedicated to the bottling industry in 2004. The company's first experience in this field in Saudi Arabia was in 2006 with Makkah Water Company, who commissioned OCME to supply a new bottling line for their facility handling 0.33 ltr, 0.6 ltr and 1.5 ltr PET bottles. The Makkah Al Mukarrama installation today comprises four Tryblocks Hydra N80 level filler with air conveyors, bundle and pack conveyors and several Altair N50 wraparound packers with downstream Perseus Palletisers. In 2008, OCME supplied Hana Water, Al Theyab's owned, with the installation of 3 new lines and the expansion of an existing line at the Buraydah factory. Same supply has been done to Al- Qassim Health Water who recently renewed its existing filling lines installation choosing OCME as main partner. Another company, Aujan Industries, with headquarters in Dammam also uses OCME machines at its production sites. At the Dubai and Iran sites, OCME is about to start up complete 72,000 bph lines for cans of juice. As a result, OCME is opening a new branch dedicated to the Middle East market in the first quarter of 2012. Located in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, the new branch will enable the company to offer its customers direct after sales service support and spare parts. OCME Middle East will become the sixth branch in the OCME Group, joining OCME UK, OCME China, OCME France, OCME America and OCMEXICO.
