Olam products, practices, and business model to be showcased at IFT expo

Olam International participates in the Institute of Food Technologists (IFT) Annual Expo on July 16-19 in Chicago. The company, a leading agri-business operating across the value chain in 70 countries, is a stalwart of ethical, socially responsible, and sustainable production.

At booth 1544 it will feature the tastings and samples at each of the product portfolio tables: Spices and Vegetable Ingredients, Edible Nuts, Coffee and Cocoa.

Non-GMO and gluten-free certified spices

Olam Spices & Vegetable Ingredients (Olam SVI) is the world’s largest globally integrated producer and supplier of spices and vegetable ingredients such as dehydrated onions and garlic, black pepper, capsicums and tomatoes. Visitors will be able to taste samples of TrueDark™ in Indulgent Chocolate Ice Cream, and concept applications, such as cold brew coffee topped with cocoa powder infused whipped cream and chili chocolate brownies.

Edible nuts and nut ingredients are among Olam’s major offerings. Almonds, cashews, hazelnuts, peanuts and sesame are produced and processed in all major global origins and distributed to customers worldwide.
