Oman to hold food safety conference in September

OMANEXPO welcomes food industry professionals to the Oman Food Safety Conference scheduled from 21-22 September 2016. The theme is “Evaluating and Improving Food Safety Environment and Developing Oman’s Food Safety for the Future”.

According to the organizer, renowned food experts will be attending the conference to discuss new food safety practices, the latest food solutions and technologies, how to maximize food safety compliance in order to improve performance, and topics on food poisoning and food recalling systems.

The two-day conference will be held alongside the Food and Hospitality exhibition at the Oman International Exhibition Center.  Anyone from the food industry including manufacturers, producers, food distributors and wholesalers, food retailers, operators, regulators, academia, and professionals who are engaged in quality control and assurance, catering and restaurant service, food sanitation and hygiene services, are welcome to attend.
