Molecor launches TR6®, expanding its range of products for water supply with this solution in lower nominal pressure, dedicated to the irrigation industry. This new product means the next step for the growth of uses in which the Oriented PVC can be used.

TR6® is a new oriented PVC pipe with a working pressure up to 6 bars and length of 6 meters. Currently, it is available in a range of nominal diameters from 90 to 400 mm. This new product provides higher stiffness levels than other solutions with the same nominal pressure. Through its physical and mechanical properties, TR6® pipes have an elasticity module 15% higher compared to products such as PVC-U, which means that they have an increased longevity.

The TR6® pipe is characterized by its resistance to impacts, water hammer effect, immunity to corrosion and flexibility, contributing to a useful life of over 100 years.

In addition, they are one of the most sustainable solutions in the market for irrigation applications due to their lower Carbon Footprint and energy consumption among their useful life.

All the TR6® pipes are manufactured according to a strict quality control, which submits every pipe to an evaluation process that detects any imperfection which could occur in the manufacturing process. This way, the quality of the final pipe is guaranteed.

With this new solution, Molecor marks new milestones in the sector of the conveyance of water through PVC-O, by investing in optimisation and efficiency in a sector such as irrigation, which day after day suffers more from the lack of water and the increasing costs of its acquisition.
