In the field of plastics preform, automation is now the main point determining the whole manufacturing procedure. Because I had good friendship with suppliers, engineers, and downstream consumers when I was a designer and salesperson, it was easier for me to expand my territory after I started my own company.”

In expanding market reach, the Middle East and Africa regions are considered important markets for the company. “We work with certain local agents in the Middle East and Africa and our products are being utilised by plastics machine manufacturers in those areas,” according to Mr. Chen. The Middle East region, in particular, is a fastrising market for the company’s outside cooling robot system, while in the African market, the mould labeling system is gaining popularity. “These two systems are for these two markets. Since we sell auxiliary equipment, in our perspective, the situation is more passive rather than aggressive.But our priority now is to cooperate with top notch injection moulding machine manufacturers in order to survive in these tough markets. Our first priority now is to consolidate our relationship with those manufacturers.”

Product design a vital aspect

Recently, we extended our existing technology to provide a robotic arm for a company because what they requested is in accordance with our existing technology.”

The preform and cap are now being produced in large volumes these days but special bottle top is not.
