Oyak acquires polymer additives manufacturer Chemson Group

Oyak Group has bought all shares in the Austrian producer of polymer additives Chemson Group in a bid to become a global player in the PVC stabilizer business.

Chemson is a leading producer of polymer additives used in the production of PVC-based window and building profile, pipe, injection products, cable insulation and the surface modification. Polymer additives in PVC-based building supplies give consistency, strength and surface properties. 

In addition to facilities in Austria Chemson AG group has also facilities in the United Kingdom, U.S., Brazil, China and Australia. Chemson also has sales offices in Germany, The Netherlands and Singapore.   Oyak has production facilities in the fields of automotive iron and steel, cement and energy.
