Paul Leibinger to debut latest technologies at FachPack 2015

PAUL Leibinger GmbH & Co. KG will launch the Vision System for printed data quality control at the FachPack 2015 this coming 29 September to 1 October in Nuremberg, Germany. At booth 433/Hall 4, show visitors can test the next-generation LEIBINGER inkjet printer.

Manufacturers can fully guarantee that each product that goes through the Paul Leibinger systems will be correctly marked, the company said.

The new LEIBINGER continuous inkjet printer JET3up allows high-quality marking of packaging at a speed of up to 36 km/h (1960 ft/min.). The standard Sealtronic automatic nozzle seal reliably prevents the ink in the printhead from drying. Used with the Clean Instant Start and Stop technology, it always ensures a maintenance-free start.

When used with the new LEIBINGER Vision System, the printer offers even higher production reliability.  The Vision System is a control system that detects incorrectly or incompletely marked products and reports these immediately to the printer and/or user. Large-scale product recalls and complaints due to incorrect marking are consistently prevented.
