 REPRESENTING a breakthrough in on-machine seasoning technology, the tna intelli-flav 3 machine features a dynamic weighing system to control the flow of seasoning powder into the drum for improved coverage and flavour dispersion. This is achieved by incorporating a vibratory weigher control with a close loop load cell system. The system can be used for both wet and dry seasoning applications and linked to the tna conveyors for an integrated processing solution.
