Pillsbury? has unveiled its first line of refrigerated gluten-free dough for chocolate chip cookie, thin crust pizza, and pies and pastries.

To help consumers use the product, the brand enlisted the help of Iron Chef, cookbook author, and TV personality Chef Cat Cora. Her gluten-free recipes include snacks and meals for a variety of occasions:
