Plaskolite strengthens product offerings through acquisition of Bayer unit

Plaskolite, Inc., the largest US manufacturer of continuously processed thermoplastic sheet products, announced the acquisition of the VIVAK PETG sheet USA business from Bayer MaterialScience LLC.  The purchase of the VIVAK PETG sheet business is expected to further enhance the company’s product offering to its distribution customer base.
