Plastic wastes recycling machine with special shredding design

DOPLAS PHR Series of machines are suitable for the recycling and pellet production of films made of such materials as HDPE, LDPE, PP, and OPP.

The DOPLAS PHR Series has a a special design shredding tank made according to the physical and chemical properties of plastics and this can result in very high productivity. The output of pellets won’t have burr due to the hot cutting mold head and water cooling function.

The integral structure and the design of smaller L/D ratio also help to save space. The machine also reduces manpower costs as it only needs one person to operate two or three sets of machines. DOPLAS PHR SERIES is environmentally friendly, operates at low noise, and can recycle or reuse water.
