Plate rolls with 40-100mm capacity

One of the top group in the USA in different fabrication fields, have just purchased THREE plate rolls with capacity from 40 (1"5/8) up to 100 mm (4”) for the manufacturing of special train-tanks, for the transportation of special liquids, that requires high wall thickness.

The customer have chosen the DAVI variable axis Press Rolls, able to bend the cans with good roundness even at those heavy thicknesses, evaluating the guaranteed performance and the availability of the DAVI service in the USA. This guarantees a prompt start-up and training.

That leader American group already owned some DAVI rolls and the satisfaction for the results of those  machines was the key factor to decide to continue to invest in DAVI. Furthermore, the customer was also very impressed by the innovative mechanical design that isn’t available on other plate roll in the industry.
