PMC Group opens new center for viny innovation

PMC Group N.A., Inc. ("PMC") held official opening of its new Center for Vinyl Innovation (CVI). PMC’s Center for Vinyl Innovation is a research and technical center in Lansdale, Pennsylvania (greater Philadelphia) dedicated to developing responsible and cost-effective vinyl additive chemistry, and supporting the global PVC and CPVC processing industry.

The CVI is fully staffed and equipped with analytical and laboratory equipment for testing, research and new additive product development. PMC Group’s Vinyl Additives team works to optimize formulations and resolve processing problems for each customer’s specific requirements – in rigid and cellular PVC extrusion, compounding, injection molding and calendering processes.

With product trade names such as ADVASTAB?, ADVAWAX?, ADVALUBE?, ADVAPAK?, Thermolite?, BAION?, CrystalWax?, Kemamide? and Kemester?, PMC Group offers the broadest portfolio of vinyl additives in the industry --- from methyl, butyl and octyl tin stabilizers and metallic stearates to a variety of specialty waxes and lubricants.
