
The new office is located in midtown Manhattan, and is closely aligned with Tokyo headquarters focused on furthering the company's global presence including assessing key brand acquisitions.
As one of Japan's leading cosmetics companies,the company currently has 12 subsidiaries in its global portfolio and oversees a rich portfolio of global brands that include POLA, Orbis, Jurlique, H2O Plus and THREE, among others.
According to Satoshi Suzuki, president and CEO, Pola Orbis, the opening of the POLA ORBIS Global Business Strategy Office in New York serves as a base point for the Group's overseas development process.
"This division will formulate marketing strategies geared to each country and region, in line with the multi-brand strategy which seeks to boost market share through several brands, and accelerate efforts to demonstrate synergies among the brands handled by Group companies," he continued.
Pola Orbis aims to accelerate its growth in global markets and achieve consolidated sales of US $2.5 billion by 2020.
