PolyOne Corporation and BASF Engineering Plastics announced that PolyOne Distribution will carry a portfolio of BASF's advanced polymers for healthcare. These materials include high - performance Ultras on grades based on poly sulf one, polyether sulf one, and poly phenyl sulf one . These high-temperature polymers can be used in applications such as respiratory devices, fluid collection containers and others that require optimum strength, chemical resistance and repeated exposure to certain sterilization processes.
