Vision Engineering has added two powerful common main objective (CMO) stereo zoom microscopes to their portfolio of high-quality optical inspection solutions ideal for laboratory observation and dissection applications. Vision Engineering designs and manufactures a variety of microscopes from award-winning "eyepiece-less" Mantis stereo microscope to inverted DX61 with bright-field, fluorescence, and phase contrast. With a range of laboratory microscopes utilised in laboratories around the world, Vision Engineering supplies microscopes with superior optics for use in applications such as stem cell research, cell harvesting, and research into termites.
The SX80 and SX100 stereo zoom microscopes are the latest solutions from Vision Engineering and are designed to provide optical brilliance at an affordable price. Providing up to x256 magnification with 8:1 zoom ratio, the SX80 is ideal for applications with extra-long working distances, making reworking samples/ components easier with the additional space under the objective. The SX100 provides 10:1 zoom ratio with up to x320 magnification with the additional advantage of coarse and fine focus adjustment options, allowing users to adjust the optical view until it is refined enough to inspect, which is essential for small and intricate components such as springs. Both SX80 and SX100 CMO stereo zoom microscopes are modular and can be accessorised with digital image capture and polarisation sets. A range of stands, including a bench-and-boom stand, make these microscopes easily adapt to different working environments.SOCIETY
