Warm-hot forging presses

Chin Fong Machine WF series is specified for warm-hot forging working environment. Optimised design upgrades the forging capacity and offers better production quality. It is designed for energy conservation and environmental friendly. The WF series is equipped with X-type gibing which successfully minimise the gib deformation in warm-hot working environment, as well as the heat-affection to slide. Slide dynamic stability and accuracy is improved to enhance high precision forging results. Crank-driven design rates 50% higher S.P.M. than traditional hamming machine. Super-thick structure and preloaded tie-rod design is capable to ensure the high rigidity and stability and avoid inflation and release working pressure. Equipped with auto-feeding system is advanced to achieve higher productivity and efficiency.

Heavy duty CNC lathe– turning + milling

TAIWAN TAKISAWA CNC lathes new model, LS-1000 series, is capable of adopting C axis and Y axis milling function. The optimum structural design of 45 degree slant bed conducts the cutting force to the ground via the shortest path, featuring top quality performance in accuracy, stability and product surface finish. It is easy to re-adjust the turret position both in CW or CCW direction, with high-speed index but low indexing noise. Its powerful tailstock can be programmable by controlling the actuating pin at the Z axis, providing rigid support to long work piece especially for heavy cutting.
