Linx Printing Technologies will display recently launched products that demonstrate the company’s coding solutions capabilities. These machines provide the ideal solutions for many end markets, including food, beverages, cosmetics, pharmaceuticals, electronics and cable industries.
Highlights include the latest release of two small print inkjet printers, the Linx 7900 Spectrum and Linx CJ400, and the just released Linx TJ725 thermal inkjet printers, which will be on public display for the first time in China.
Linx 7900 Spectrum The advanced 7900 provides a rich set of features, including the latest Linx Insight? software, at no extra cost. The remote web interface allows users to monitor and control the browser of the Linx 7900 printer via a PC or a web-enabled smart phones, which means that no matter how busy or where the operator is, normal operation of the production line can be ensured.
Another advantage of the 7900 is its ink system that allows the printer to run 9,000 hours or 18 months after service. This model is designed specifically for pigment ink, which can provide reliable, high contrast coding and is ideal for black and colour choices, including cables and pipelines and other rubber and plastic profiles.
Although the Linx 7900 is the most reliable on the market of a CIJ printer, it also provides up to 18 months warranty and does not charge any extra fees.
Linx CJ400 This new printer provides a number of world-class features, including portability – at only 13.5 kg, it is the lightest on the market continuous ink jet printers, the fastest set-up times, and ease of use. Key innovations include its Easi-Change? Service Module, which prompts the operator to replace the module within a few minutes and does not require a trained technician to operate. Boasting the the cleanest and most economical nozzle, the CJ400 has cleaning intervals of up to three months. The most recent enhancements to the standard remote control software means the user can use it from one computer to control and monitor one or more printers.
Linx TJ725 This thermal inkjet printer uses a Simply Smart Technology? to provide high-resolution coding digital solutions for housings, boxes, shelves, trays and packaging. It can reduce waste and save money, because it is always ready to print immediately, and without any hidden costs of services, which can improve the efficiency of production lines.
Even more significant for cost control, Linx’s innovative new Active Cartridge Care? system saves money and cuts waste by slowing the nozzle drying process, making first prints more reliable every time. The nozzles are covered and protected when not in use and uncovered automatically when the first product is sensed, so the Linx TJ725 is ready to produce high quality prints as soon as they’re needed. It can also sense how much ink is left and forecast the number of prints remaining, so operators can plan to keep lines running without interruption.
