ProPak China 2013: Right solution for any application

SELF-ADHESIVE labels are applied on products, packaging and others at one specific time and often made by hand. However, labels keep most of the time more on the finger than properly on the product.

For easier and more convenient handling, cab Produkttechnik GmbH & Co KG,Karlsruhe, decided to manufacture the label dispensers series HS and VS.

The two systems differ in their dispensing direction. Labels are made available to be removed by hand at the upper side of the HS dispenser in horizontal and “bottom leading” direction, or in case of the VS, at the front side of the dispenser in vertical and “top leading” direction.

Label removal is simple for both. The label is peeled off the label liner while at the same time it is forward fed. The operator may choose the optimum method of processing and thus adapt to the operating process for applying the labels in an economically efficient manner.

For the first time, the label liner is completely rewound after the labels have been peeled off. The liner is easily inserted and clamped thanks to the long-used and proven tightening axle, and it may at the end be easily removed again by loosening the expander.

The dispensers are available in three different widths as type HS or VS60, HS or VS120 and HS or VS180. Labels to be handled may have a height of 5–600 mm and a width of 8-180 mm. The label roll has a maximum diameter of 205 mm.
