Wenlong: promoting cartridge valves
Zhongshan WenLong Hydraulic Machinery showcases its two-way cartridge valve (maximum flow 1500 l/min). With large flow thread type two-way cartridge valve application of precise control, energy conservation, environmental protection and technology service portfolio. Development and production of precision control of power transmission system, can completely replace the expensive servo valve, with cheap and good products to customers. Our products market to makers who are in the sectors of injection molding equipments, mechanical engineering, automation, aerospace, etc. Our Guangdong new production base will be put into operation in order to meet the need of our customers. We also plan to establish another production base in Jiangsu as our customers keep increasing. This is the eighth time we participate in PTC. Kendrion: we magnetise the world
We showcase permanent magnet brakes for wind power and robotic application. We also present our new-designed energy saving up to 75% brake solution with 50% higher torque. We have seen a stable increasing of our sales revenue this year, especially in wind power. We also see a increasing point for next years in robotic industry. We planned to localize many of our products this year, to provide more cost-efficient products and faster delivery. It is our 4th time we participate in the show. Wolong: an electric motor and control component supplier
We supply electric motors and control products, including IE3 and IE4 motors. ISI motors, which are newly-marketed in Europe and North America, servo control system and power train system in new energy electric vehicles have gained great popularity in China for the past two years. MECC: We know hydraulics
We showcase hydraulic components controllers and special cylinders which are used on hydraulic test stand, high power garbage crusher hydraulic system project and informationization project. Our test stand reaches international level .It can collect data automatically and have the inspection and analysis function. It is the necessary guarantee of our country’s manufacturing industry development. The closed type hydraulic system of high power garbage crusher is one of the key equipments for treating city garbage in China. In the past, the equipment has to rely on importing from other countries. Our crusher hydraulic system fills the gap for China. The hydraulic component controller is a new breakthrough in China which has been tested by U.S. National Engineering Laboratory. It can be widely used on our various engineering machinery and various proportional servo hydraulic system. Our special cylinder is designed and made according to our customers’ requirements such as high pressure （70MPa）, high speed (5m to 10m/sec), high frequency（30-80HZ）,high and low temperature（260C° - -60 C°）, special material and special medium. It is the 7th time we attend PTC. We hope that our exhibits can attract more visitors this year.
