Quick Die Change System from Forwell meets automation requirements

FORWELL specialises in producing die change systems and also manufacturing a wide range of hydraulically and pneumatically controlled components and equipment, including those for plastic injection molds and workpiece clamping systems for machine tools.

One of the FORWELL's core displays is the Quick Die Change System featuring high mechanical stability and accuracy. In addition, it adopts the hydro-pneuma boost pump unit that prevents the working environment from oil pollution. "Foxconn is one of our biggest users. Recently Foxconn has spent more investment in automation. FORWELL entirely fulfils its need," Hsiao Wen Lung, President of FORWELL says. Automation is now a trend in manufacturing. "Users look for highly automatic machines. They can then resolve the increasing labor cost issue and also produce consistent high quality products," Mr. Hsiao adds.  

Mr. Hsiao hopes that the new exhibition center, which is now under construction, will be available for the TaipeiPlas 2014. The current exhibition center is not big enough to space more exhibitors. In addition, Mr. Hsiao hopes the organizer can invite exhibitors from other countries. "I want to see pavilions of Italy, Britain and Germany, etc in the next show," Mr. Hsiao comments.
