Rampf to hold symposium on ultra-high speed and precision systems

With high-profile speakers and a top-quality program of events, the Wangener Maschinentage 2015 symposium will focus on current demands for ever increasing speed and precision in high-performance multi-axis moving and machine systems. The symposium will be held in Wangen (near Göppingen) on June 30 and July 1, 2015.

 

Fully integrated multi-axis systems that meet the highest demands in speed and accuracy are crucial to the high-performance production technology used in laser, solar, productronic, display, battery, and machine tool applications. Structural, mechanical, drive, and control interfaces and the interactions between them are also becoming increasingly important. Specialists now largely agree that these growing demands on multi-axis moving systems can only be met with integrative, interdisciplinary (mechatronic) development know-how and appropriate production methods.

 

This subject is the focus of the high-quality program of events at Wangener Maschinentage 2015 where representatives of major OEMs in the industry – including MANZ, EOS, EMAG, and MYCRONIC – will set out their expectations for highly dynamic, precise machine systems. Component manufacturers and system suppliers such as Bosch, Siemens, Tecnotion, and RAMPF Machine Systems will also showcase their latest solutions and trends and leading manufacturers and suppliers will be offering in-house trade shows and tours of facilities.

Wangener Maschinentage 2015 is organized and presented by RAMPF Machine Systems. As a leading system supplier for machine beds, rump machines, and basic machinery, the Wangen-based company has already organized several specialist events of this kind, including mineral casting conferences in 2001 and 2005 and the Göppinger Maschinenbautage symposium in 2007 and 2009. After a successful début in 2012, the Wangener Maschinentage symposium will be held this year for the second time.
