Effective immediately, at http://rqs.reifenhauser-kiefel.com registered customers can place orders for over 1,000 different spare parts for EVOLUTION, KIRION and FILMTEC equipment. The assortment includes parts for extruders, dies, winders, take-off systems, motors and gearing, electronics, hydraulics, pneumatics, and small parts for daily use. The number of parts available will continue to expand.

Finding the right spare part has been made simple. Customers can choose to browse images of the items or search using the material or drawing numbers. But web shop customers do not have to do without expert assistance: If unsure about the spare part needed, customers can specify in the order process that they would like to have a service professional double check the item.
