Revolutionary HMI operator concept

ONE of the clear areas of focus for KHS at Brau Beviale 2010 (10-12 November, Nuremberg) will be the revolutionary Human Machine Interface (HMI) machine operator system, developed by KHS in close collaboration with the Fraunhofer IAO Institute. The graphic design of the interface is the work of the Projekttriangle Design Studio. The new HMI is a sustainable, forward-looking concept that combines the operation and monitoring of local machines and entire production lines in one interface for the first time ever. The innovation won red dot's best in the competition's Interface Design category. A major advantage is that both individual machines and entire production lines can be controlled and monitored on a single interface for the first time.
