New sweets
The Synergy Systems feature gelatine combinations, as well as gelatine combined with other ingredients, such as pectin. The AcidoGel enables the production of stable aerated acid confectionery at low pH (3.2 to 3.4). This opens up new possibilities, including citrus and cola-flavoured marshmallows which will also be available for evaluation on stand.
Rousselot Delights are grained, ultra-soft sweets comparable to Turkish Delights, but avoid the traditional use of starch and citric acid. The manufacturing process for the concept is between two to three times shorter than that of Turkish Delights. The firm, pleasantly-textured and non-chewy treats have unlimited flavour options and are also suitable for clean labelling, as gelatine has no e-number.
