Sabinsa's Lactospore expands into cosmeceutical products

SABINSA Corporation’s LactoSpore penetrates the cosmeceutical industry with the launch of Massey Medicinals’s Candida Freedom Soap and Candida Freedom Bath Salts. 

 

The products are the first to use Sabinsa’s proprietary Bacillus coagulans strain MTCC 5856. Although probiotics have been employed for many years to boost gut health and microflora, their good benefits on skin have only been explored recently. 

 

 

An all-natural handcrafted soap, Massey’s Candida Freedom Soap contains LactoSpore to provide topical B. coagulans probiotic support for healthy skin. It also has tea tree, lemon, and lemongrass oils for antifungal cleanser benefits. The product contains no synthetic fragrances, color, or preservatives. It is 100% biodegradable and thus eco-friendly.

 

The Candida Freedom Bath Salt formula targets users with sensitive skin or low immunity. It is free of fragrances, dyes, and essential oils. This multifunction probiotic soap that provides the benefits of lactic acid-producing bacteria Bacillus coagulans MTCC 5856 on skin, according to Massey Medicinals founder Bryan Massey ND.
