Sacmi unveils Kube labellers at Enolitech 2015

SACMI will showcase its latest range of Kube labelling machines at Enolitech 2015. Designed for wine and food items, these labellers are ideal for cold glue and hot melt self-adhesive labelling. They meet different packaging requirements for maximum flexibility and precision at reduced costs.

The flexible and innovative Kube K30 720 9T labeller can produce up to 9,000 bottles an hour. The fully modular machine is made of stainless steel and features two self-adhesive labelling stations and a cold glue station. It has a universal screw feeder controlled by a brushless motor. This enables flexible and efficient handling of all bottle types from a minimum diameter of 60mm to a maximum diameter of 120mm without changing the screw. It also has an electronic-cam plate movement system that can program the motion depending on the type of application.

The machine can be supplied with the labelling stations fixed and coupled to the carousel. It can also be installed on modular carriages with wheels and electromagnetic connectors to allow station interchange.

Sacmi will also be presenting its patented bottle orientation system during the four-day trade event. The machine uses one camera and sensor to ensure correct orientation of sparkling wine caps, on-glass relief branding, or glass seams.
