SARI announces Daouda Camara to the board of directors

SARI has appointed Daouda Camara as di rector general of Sky Al l iance Resources Guin閑 S.A and Chairman of Sky Alliance Resources Inc. Daouda Camara has had a distinguished career with successes in both the public and private sectors over the last 30 years. From 2004-2008, he served as the director of the cabinet to six prime ministers. Camara also served as forme r secretary general of the board of directors and former administrative and legal director of the Iron Ore Mining Company of Guinea Mifergui-Nimba (1978-1984), director general for Guinea's National Electricity Board (ENELGUI) 1997-2002, Board chairman of Sociétédes Bauxites de Kindia, 1994-1997, and as lawyer and fiscal advisor to the Ministry of Natural Resources, Energy and Environment, 1986-1997. During this period, Camara was instrumental in writing, structuring and drafting the current Mining Code for the Republic of Guinea, which also covers BOT law, Electricity Concession Agreement, Diamond and Gold Regulation. SARI is an International privately owned mining and consulting firm based in HongKong and registered in the British Virgin Islands. SARI was created in December 2006, to generate greater investment opportunities for the Asian metals industry and at the same time, provide sustainable and transparent FDI for West Africa.
