SC Johnson ranked number 12 in the 2014 World’s Best Multinational Workplaces by the Great Place to Work Institute, a significant move up from its 19th spot last year. This is the fourth consecutive year that SC Johnson is on the list, a testament to the 128-year-old family company’s commitment to building great workplaces.
Chairman and CEO Fisk Johnson said the recognition reinforces the firm’s values and unique culture that combined have been crucial in its success and the success of its people.
The annual World’s Best Multinational Workplaces list is the largest annual study of workplace excellence globally. It ranks the top 25 companies to work for around the world. To qualify, companies must have been on at least five national Great Place to Work lists. They should have at least 5,000 employees globally, with at least 40% of the total workforce based outside the company’s home country.
The Great Place to Work evaluation processes involved more than 2,800 multinational corporations globally, of which 429 companies have appeared on national Best Workplaces lists. The top 25 World’s Best Multinational Workplaces are selected from this group.

SC Johnson was also on the 2013 and 2014 Great Place to Work lists in several of the countries in which it operates, including Canada, Chile, Germany, India, Italy, Mexico, Poland, the UK, and Venezuela. The company was named by the Working Mother magazine as one of the “100 Best Companies for Working Mothers” for the 26th time this year. It was also honored as a Top Diversity Employer on the 2014 Best of the Best lists of the Hispanic Network Magazine, the Professional Women’s Magazine, and the Black EOE Journal.Nike Air Max Plus TN
