Sensient releases healthy umami ingredients

GLOBAL producer of wholesome, agriculture-based ingredients and solutions, Sensient Natural Ingredients offers umami ingredients without additives and artificial ingredients. The new product is also fortified with fiber, protein and vitamins.

Umami Natural^TM, a proprietary blend of natural ingredients, features vegetable powders without MSG, salt, synthetic ingredients and gluten. It is offered as an option to MSG for flavoring sauces, marinades, dressings, seasonings, snack foods, dips, condiments, soups, side dishes and meals.
