The company has a wide range of auxiliary equipment for the plastics industry and these were put on exhibit at the recently concluded TaipeiPlas 2012.

Shini Plastics Technologies, Inc., part of the Shini Group was established in Taipei, Taiwan in 1969. Product range for the plastics industry

The company has a vast range of auxiliary equipment for the plastics industry. The SCD "All-in-One" Compact Dryers combine the function of dehumidifying, drying and two-stage conveying into one unit. They are specially used to dry hygroscopic engineering plastics (such as PA, PC, PBT, PET, etc.). All models adopt silica gel honeycomb rotor for dehumidifying, which can provide dehumidified dry air with a dew-point lower than -40 degrees Centigrade.

Another product is the SCR PET Crystallizers which are used for constant crystallization of un-crystallized PET regrinds or pellets. Processed materials can then be dried and dehumidified directly. This system mainly consists of heating elements, insulated hopper and agitator for mixing.

The SAL-UG124 “One-to-Four" Separate Hopper Loaders are designed and developed on the basis of original Euro Separate-vacuum Hopper Loaders. They feature more functions, easy to operate, and convenient to install. This model, equipped with a high pressure blower and four SHR-U-S type Euro central vacuum hoppers, is applicable to four dehumidifying and drying machines (dehumidifying dryer SDD) or one gravimetric blenders SGB to process plastic materials. Besides that, it can also realize the “one-to-four” way of conveying materials to different molding machines or hoppers to greatly lower the cost.
