Shiseido expanding its plant in US

The expansion of Shiseido's plant in East Windsor, NJ will handle export opertations for Europe, Asia and Japan. In addition,NARS brand and Bare Escentuals will also be produced here.

Shiseido is adding 54,000-square-foot to its plant in East Windsor, NJ. The expansion will increase the company’s plant to approximately 265,000 square feet.

According to Edward Houlihan, president and COO of Shiseido America, the plant will handle export opertations for Europe, Asia and Japan. In addition, Shiseido produces NARS brand and Bare Escentuals in the space.

When the expanded production capacity is operation this Fall, the location will be the company’s sole US export center.
