Siemens PLM celebrate success at Hanoi Go! Conference

Siemens PLM Software recently held its annual GO! Partner Conference in Hanoi.

Siemens PLM Software held its annual Go! Partner Conference on 13th to 15th January in Hanoi, Vietnam, where it recognized the exceptional performances of its key partners. This annual event ensures that Siemens PLM Software’s partners experience the benefit of the company’s latest solutions and have the opportunity to share best practices in the PLM marketplace with one another.

“Our goal at Siemens PLM Software is to ensure our partners are up to date with the latest PLM solutions and industry go-to-market strategy to offer customers tailored solutions that address their business needs specific to their industries,” said Rajiv Ghatikar, Vice President and General Manager, ASEAN / Australasia for Siemens PLM Software. “Thanks to our partner initiatives, existing relationships have grown much stronger and new implementations of Siemens PLM Software have increased substantially.”

 

The mission of the conference is to solidify partnerships, and this year’s theme – “Game On!” – was accentuated by breakout sessions designed to help Siemens PLM partners perform better in today’s competitive and dynamic business environment. Awards were distributed to partners demonstrating excellence across a range of categories, including Best Marketing Performance Partner in Asia-Pacific, Best Player in AusSEAN and Best Partner Team in AusSEAN. Among the winners of these prestigious awards were:

Hitachi Sunway Information Systems Thailand:

Hitachi Sunway was given the Best Player in AusSEAN Award, as recognition for having the top partner salesman with the highest license revenue in the region. The company has been working closely with Siemens PLM to develop a strong action plan addressing the automotive and machinery markets in Thailand, and has invested in a strong local team that is fluent in NX, Teamcenter and Tecnomatix. This is the second year running that the Sunway sales team has achieved the highest individual license revenue in the region. The team’s adoption of Siemens PLM’s TIPS Value Selling tactic and a multi-party collaboration strategy are key success factors in several big account wins, and helped them breakthrough the clutter of competition by offering tailored solutions for unique customer challenges. The Triple A account win was a highly significant milestone, as Hitachi Sunway was going up against its main competitor MasterCAM for the business. Siemens PLM’s help was a key success factor as it allowed Sunway to offer a tailored solution that addressed Triple A’s pain points. This won deal in the Multi Axis solution became a strong proof point and reference case for the company to use in attracting new accounts as well.

Material Automation Thailand (MAT) was awarded the Best Marketing Performance Partner in Asia Pacific Award, as well as the Best Partner Team in AusSEAN Award, which honours the top partner with the highest license revenue. MAT is being honoured for its expert execution of industry-specific marketing campaigns in Thailand.
