PROCEDURE
Dissolve phase A ingredients, in order, in the water, using a suitable dispersion unit to disperse the Xanthan Gum (e.g. Silverson, IKA Ultra-Turrax?, etc.). Heat to 75°C–80°C.Prepare phase B separately and warm to 70°C–75°C.Add phase B to phase A and homogenize using a suitable dispersion unit.Cool batch to 40°C under gentle agitation.Add phase C and homogenize using a suitable dispersion unit.Add phases D, E, F, and G, one by one, and homogenize using a suitable dispersion unit.
