THE NEW line of skinning and slicing machines from Grasselli S.p.A. includes a full two-dimensional slicer capable of producing uniform strips and cubes as well as random hand-cut effects. When used in combination with the Grasselli KSL horizontal slicer, the line enables a fully controllable three-dimensional slicing.
The NSA XC - XC B Series delivers 610mm or 1,000mm usable cut width with a minimum slice thickness of 3mm/5mm for fresh or cooked boneless meat. It is fully automatic to provide a total inline solution. It features external electrical and electronic controls, centralized lubrication systems, and automatic leveling.

The machines are designed to enable tool-less preparation for blade change and sanitation. They also have fully adjustable slice speed and product control pressure to enable ease of use and enhance safety. An optional Quick Blade Change (QBC) system allows for slice set change within minutes. To allow the operator to control the unit any position, the NSA XC B’s control cabinet is mounted on a rotating arm.
The NSA XC - XC B Series features a totally sanitary design that allows easy integration into ready-to-eat (RTE) environments and setups. Its waterproof drive systems enable total and thorough sanitation.
